I have been working for a tow company for about a year now and would like to get started on doing the liens for the company. What do or how do I get started? I know I need a lien software but is that all it takes.

Hello - you'll need to become a licensed registration service through DMV Occupational Licensing and a bond. This could take 3 months through DMV and a few weeks for the bond through your insurance company.
Next you need a Commercial Requester Account $250 (bi-annual) - 2-4 weeks and then a bond through inurance agent $500 annually.
Approximate cost with software $3000.
